Evolution
Founded in 2013, the city of Punto Fijo, Falcón State, Venezuela, the company Alto Torque, CA, was formed as a venture that seeks to add value to its customers, shareholders and stakeholders, offering specialized solutions executed in a Professional way.
In 2014, we invested on On-Site Machining Technology, under the same approach: to close the gaps in high-value solutions. Being able to to perform on-site milling operations.
In 2015, two new expertises were added to our possibilities. Laser Technology, and Assets Lifecycle management continuously searching to gain maximum value for those involved.
The Synergy between the business areas is what makes it possible. In 2016, operations began in Colombia, Alto Torque Ingeniería SAS and; in 2017 in USA AT Engineering & Solutions LLC, seeking to make our solutions and synergies available from these locations.
In the year 2018, we incorporated cutting-edge technology for the business area, Laser Technology, with the investment of the portable 3D coordinate measurement system (Laser Tracker), Faro Vantage and the Spatial Analyzer application, as well as the start of the project for the implementation of the Quality Management System.

3D Metrology
- 3D geometric measurements: An exceptional precision measurement technology, requiring 30 to 80 % less time, compared to conventional methods.
- 3D Scanner: Covering spaces up to 300 meters @2 mm (984 ft @ 0,080 in), The 3D Scanner will allow you to gather complex field as-build data effortless. (i.e, pipe layouts, foundations, elevations, etc.)
- Laser Tracker: Measuring ranges up to 80 meters with 0.009 mm precision (262 ft – 0.00035”), the Laser Tracker a key performer into decreasing intervention time and rework.

- Portable lathes: ¾ to 140 inches in Mounting ranges. Less chance of rework, less intervention time.
- Laser verification: Machine tools accuracy inspection. Results Verification. Higher productivity, less downtime.
- Portable milling machines: Mounting ranges up to 78 inches. Less chance of reworking, Less intervention time.
