In 2013, Alto Torque, C.A. was founded in the city of Punto Fijo, Falcón State, Venezuela, as an enterprise seeking to add value to its clients, shareholders, and stakeholders by offering specialized solutions executed professionally—a rare combination in the industrial sector. Initially, the company focused on the integrity of bolted or welded joints, offering more than just assembly or disassembly services. They provide comprehensive technical support throughout the joint's lifecycle (design, maintenance, operation, upgrades, and disposal), adhering to internationally accepted guidelines.

In 2014, we invested on On-Site Machining Technology, under the same approach: to close the gaps in high-value solutions. Being able to to perform on-site milling operations.

In 2015, two new expertises were added to our possibilities. Laser Technology, and Assets Lifecycle management continuously searching to gain maximum value for those involved.

In 2016, operations began in Colombia with Alto Torque Ingeniería SAS, and in 2017 with AT Engineering & Solutions LLC in the USA, aiming to make our solutions and synergies available from these locations. In 2018, cutting-edge technology was incorporated into the Laser Technology business area with the investment in the Faro Vantage portable coordinate measuring system (Laser Tracker) and the Spatial Analyzer application, as well as the start of the project to implement the Quality Management System.

In 2020, a technology business area was incorporated, adapting to the new trends and advances that the industrial world faces, so Reliabytics was born, which is a key digital platform for the intelligent and predictive management of industrial assets, driving the transformation of traditional operations towards connected digital processes.
