• Dimensional control during armed and disassembled of multiphase pumps, sludge, etc.
• Disarmed-Assembly of Mechanical Joints.
• Recovery of metallic bases rotating equipment.
• Dimensional inspection, on-site machining of heat exchangers, tubular bundles, floating covers, covers, channel, etc.
• Leveling , Parallelism and Perpendicularity of conveyor belts system.
• Monitoring of the variables indicating deterioration of rotating equipment (vibrations, thermography, visual inspection, oil analysis, etc).
• Review of the asset care strategy (RCM, FMEA, RCA) with certified CMRP personnel.
• On-site machining dimensional inspection of heat exchangers, tubular bundles, floating covers, covers, channel, etc.
